Our General Gymnastics sessions are open to any child from the age of 4 - 16 years. Gymnasts will have access to our Olympic standard equipment in our 2 training centres under the supervision of our fully qualified and Garda Vetted coaches. Our progressive training programme aims to build and improve on basic gymnastics skills, whilst focusing on fun.
We have 50 min sessions available everyday from 3:00-6:00pm on weekdays, form 9:30am on Saturdays, and 10:00am on Sundays.
Children in our General Gymnastics sessions will be working towards a specific aim each term, whether that be GymSTART challenge, Phoenix Badge Scheme or our Annual Club Competition, the 'Phoenix Shield'
Adult & Teen
Our Adult sessions are suitable for complete beginners or former gymnasts. We hold an open session in both our training centres with a coach on hand for a more coach-led session or for specific advice.
Whether you want to learn a new skill or just improve your general strength, our Adult sessions will be ideal for you!
Tallaght: Friday 7:00-8:30pm

Gymnasts are selected to our competitive programs by trial or invite only.
Our competitive gymnasts train from 2-20+ hours per week and can be selected to represent the club at competitions from National to International level.
Over the years, members of our competitive squads have gone on to be selected for National Squads and to represent Ireland at International Events.

Our Parent and Toddler classes are a great way to spend quality time with your child, whilst they have fun exploring our training centres. Your child is free to play on all our equipment, in an open and unstructured session, with their parent and guardian accompanying and guiding the children.
The gym is a safe environment for toddlers to get used to the gymnastics equipment before hopefully joining our general classes when they are older. We do ask for parents and guardians stay with their child and remain vigilant at all times to avoid accidents.
